Cottage Cheese Pancakes

Ingredients
1 cup cottage cheese
6 eggs
1⁄2 cup flour
1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1⁄4 cup oil
1⁄4 cup milk
1⁄4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
Place cottage cheese, eggs, flour, vanilla, oil, milk and salt in blender. Blend for one minute. Cook on griddle using 1/2 cup per pancake.
