A quick and easy cracker. Great for a last minute snack.
Sift the flour and add the sour cream (only enough necessary to wet the dough) and knead. Add sugar or salt to taste, and continue kneading. Roll the dough out on a floured surface with a rolling pin. Cut the crackers in the shape desired and place them on a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes. To vary the flavor, add onion or garlic powder.
I found it's easier just to roll the dough out on a greased cookie sheet. Less clean up! If you roll the dough out on the cookie sheet, just cut the dough in lines to the crackers will life off easily. You can also use the dough to make pizza.
