Dutch Babies Oven Pancake

Blend it up, pour it in and cook! Super easy and amazingly delicious!

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup flour
  •   powdered sugar (optional)
  •   dash cinnamon


  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Place butter in a 9 x 13 baking pan and put in the oven to melt.
  2. Add eggs, milk, vanilla, flour and cinnamon in a blender and mix for 1 minute.
  3. Remove pan from oven and pour the batter into the hot melted buttered pan.
  4. Bake for 15-17 minutes until firm and golden brown. It will be VERY poofy.
  5. Remove from oven, sprinkle with powdered sugar (optional) and serve immediately!


This is a very rich pancake, but my family of 4 can easily eat the whole pan in one sitting, so if you have a larger family, just blend up two batches!
