Easy Cookies

A delicious and healthy unleavened cookie

Ingredients
2 bananas (pureed to make 1 cup)
1⁄2 cup dates (chopped)
1⁄3 cup almonds (chopped)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1⁄2 cups oatmeal
Instructions
Combine banana, dates, almonds, vanilla and oatmeal; mix well. Drop by tablespoon onto a cookie sheet sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees for 18–20 minutes.
