Flourless Almond Cookies

An easy and delicious unleavened and gluten free cookie.
Preparation time

Ingredients
1 cup sugar
1 cup almond butter
1 egg
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Beat sugar, almond butter and egg in large bowl with electric mixer until well combined.
- Shape dough into 24 balls; place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets. Flatten slightly with fork.
- Bake 10 minutes or until set. Transfer to wire rack; cool completely.
Notes
Additional ingredients as dried cranberries, raisons,or chocolate chips can also be added to this recipe. Brown sugar can be substituted for white sugar.
