German Pancakes

An egg based baked pancake.
Preparation time
30 minutes
Ingredients
6 eggs
1 cup milk
1 cup flour
1⁄2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons butter (or margarine, melted)
syrup
Instructions
Blend eggs, milk, flour and salt in blender until smooth. Pour butter into 13x9x2-inch baking dish; add batter. Bake uncovered at 400°F for 20 minutes. Serve with syrup.
