Golden Delight Pancake

Golden pancakes (or waffles), with the creamy taste of cottage cheese. Great for Sabbath morning!

Ingredients

1 cup cottage cheese (cream style) 6 eggs 1⁄2 cup flour (sifted) 1⁄4 teaspoon salt 1⁄4 cup oil 1⁄4 cup milk 1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

Put all ingredients into blender. Mix on high speed one minute, stopping to stir down once. Heat griddle, lightly oil. Use ¼ cup of batter to make 4" pancakes. Brown on both sides. 

Notes

Serve with Syrup, honey, yogurt or fruit. 

This is also excellent for waffles. Bake extra waffles and freeze. They are as delicious as freshly made when reheated in the toaster.
