Herb-Cheese Dollars

Ingredients

1⁄2 cup butter 1 cup cottage cheese 3 ounces cream cheese 1 1⁄2 cups all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon basil 1⁄2 teaspoon sage 1⁄2 teaspoon thyme 2 tablespoons wine   dash cayenne pepper

Instructions

Blend and shape into long roll. Wrap in wax paper and chill until firm. Slice thin, place on an oiled pan, and bake at 350°F for 12 minutes. Or place in 9 x 13 pan and bake at 375°F for 20 minutes. Cut into strips while warm.
