Ice Cream Pie

Enjoy this Yummy treat anytime of the year but especially during the Days of Unleavened Bread.

Ingredients

1⁄3 cup corn syrup 1⁄3 cup peanut butter (smooth) 2 cups rice krispies 1 quart vanilla (ice cream)

Instructions

  • Mix corn syrup and peanut butter
  • Add Rice Krispies and stir well
  • Press mixture into a greased 9 inch pie plate; use the back of a spoon to make it smooth
  • Add softened ice cream and chill in freezer
Notes

When ready to serve, add your favorite toppings - fruit, chocolate syrup, nuts, whipped cream, etc.
