Matzo Meal Pie Shell

Ingredients

1⁄4 cup butter 1⁄8 teaspoon salt 2 tablespoons sugar 1⁄4 teaspoon cinnamon (optional) 1 cup matzo meal 2 tablespoons water (approximately)

Instructions

Cream butter in a mixing bowl with the salt, sugar and cinnamon. Add matzo meal gradually and add water, if necessary, just enough to bind the ingredients together. Press the mixture into a 9 inch pie plate with the back of a spoon and bake in a preheated 350 degree oven until lightly browned, for 10-15 minutes. Cook and fill as desired.
