Moist and chewy brownies with a delicious chocolate fudge frosting.

Ingredients

2 cups sugar 1 cup butter 4 eggs (beaten) 1 1⁄2 cups all-purpose flour 5 tablespoons cocoa 2 cups nuts 1 pinch salt 3 tablespoons cocoa 2 cups powdered sugar 4 tablespoons thin cream 1⁄4 cup butter 1 pinch salt

Instructions

Brownie

Cream 2 cups of sugar and 1 cup of butter. Add beaten eggs, flour, 5 tablespoons of cocoa, nuts and a pinch of salt.

Icing

Sift 3 tablespoons of cocoa and 2 cups of powdered sugar. Blend with cream, pinch of salt and ¼ cup of butter. Spread over hot brownies.
