A favorite unleavened bread recipe of ours that was given to us by a friend in South Africa.
Preparation time

Ingredients
1 cup whole-wheat flour
1 cup instant oats
pinch salt
1⁄4 cup olive oil
1 cup water
Instructions
- Mix oats,flour and salt. Mix oil and water.
- Add liquid to dry ingredients. Should result in a pastry-like texture.
- Take a handful of dough mixture.
- Roll out to desired thickness.
- Cut into squares. Bake at 350 degrees for +/- 5-9 minutes or until bread is slightly brown.
Notes
Gluten free flour can be substituted as well.
