Ingredients
1 1⁄2 cupswhole-wheat flour1⁄2 teaspoonsalt3⁄4 cupoat flour (can grind oats in blender)1⁄2 cupoil6 tablespoonsice water
Instructions
In large bowl, mix dry ingredients. Mix oil and water and add to dry mixture. Stir with fork and roll out thin. Press into lightly oiled pie plate. Makes 1 deep dish double crust pie.
