Oatmeal Crackers

Ingredients

1 1⁄3 cups white flour 2 cups oat flour 3 tablespoons sugar 1 teaspoon salt 1⁄2 cup boiling water 1⁄2 cup butter

Instructions

Combine white flour, oat flour, salt and sugar in bowl. Boil water and add butter. Stir until melted. Pour into bowl with dry ingredients. Stir until it forms a soft ball. Divide dough into 4 parts. Roll thin. Place on a cookie sheet and cut into portion sizes using only flour on the pan. Sprinkle with garlic salt or your choice of seasoning. Bake in 350 degree oven for 12-15 minutes.
