Ingredients

2 eggs 1⁄2 cup cottage cheese 1 tablespoon oil 1⁄2 cup oatmeal (uncooked) 1⁄8 teaspoon salt

Instructions

Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend until well mixed. Drop by tablespoons on a hot, oiled griddle. Turn pancakes when bubbles appear on surface and then cook one minute more. Makes 4 (4-inch) pancakes.
