Orange-Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients
1 cup butter (two sticks, softened)
1⁄2 cup raw sugar
1⁄2 cup orange honey
3 ounces cream cheese (softened)
2 eggs (slightly beaten)
2 tablespoons orange rind (grated)
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 cups unbleached flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
Cream butter, sugar, honey, and cream cheese.
Add eggs, orange peel, and vanilla. Beat well.
Sift together the flour and salt.
Add to butter mixture and mix well.
Stir in chocolate chips.
Drop by teaspoons onto a lightly greased sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes at 350 degrees.
