Combine flour, butter and sugar. Pat into 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes or longer.
Cream powdered sugar and cheese, fold in whipped topping. Spread on cooled crust.
Heat milk and pudding together, spread over second layer. Put other half of whipped topping on top. Sprinkle with chopped nuts.
Variation: Can use chocolate pudding.
