Ingredients

1 egg 1⁄2 teaspoon salt 1 cup milk 1 cup flour 1 teaspoon sugar 1⁄2 teaspoon oil

Instructions

Preheat oven for 10 minutes at 450 degrees; grease and heat muffin tins for 3–4 minutes in oven before filling. Combine egg, salt, milk, flour, sugar and oil. Fill muffin tins half full and bake 15 minutes; lower temperature to 350 degrees and bake another 15 minutes.
