Ingredients
1 1⁄2 cups butter
1 package confectioners' sugar
6 eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 1⁄2 cups flour
1 1⁄2 cups whole-wheat pastry flour
Instructions
Cream butter and sugar; add eggs, one at a time, then vanilla. Stir in flour a little at a time. Pour into two greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
