Ingredients

1⁄2 cup butter 3⁄4 cup flour (plus 2 tablespoons) 1⁄2 cup oats 33⁄100 cup brown sugar 13 1⁄2 ounces evaporated milk (1 can) 16 ounces pumpkin (1 can) 2 eggs 3⁄4 cup sugar 1⁄2 teaspoon salt 1 3⁄4 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice 1⁄2 cup walnuts (chopped) 1⁄2 cup brown sugar 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions

Mix 1/2 cup butter, flour, oats and 1/3 cup brown sugar together and press into bottom of 9x13-inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Combine evaporated milk, canned pumpkin, eggs, sugar, salt and pumpkin pie spice and pour over baked crust. Bake for 20 more minutes. Combine walnuts, 1/2 cup brown sugar and 2 tablespoons butter and sprinkle over partially baked filling. Bake for 20 more minutes. Cool in pan. Cut in 2-inch squares. Refrigerate.
