Rum Cake

Ingredients
1 cup butter
1⁄2 cup shortening
3 cups sugar
5 eggs
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon coconut extract
2 teaspoons rum extract
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 cups flour
1⁄2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons butter (melted, for glaze)
6 tablespoons orange juice concentrate (undiluted, for glaze)
1 cup confectioners' sugar (for glaze)
Instructions
Cream together butter, shortening and sugar. Add eggs one at a time. Stir in milk and extracts. Slowly add flour and salt to liquid ingredients. Bake at 300 degrees in tube pan for 1 hour 15 minutes. Glaze. Glaze: Mix together butter, orange juice concentrate and sugar. Glaze cake.
