Simple Unleavened Bread

This delicious bread is so super simple. A great one to have on hand.

Ingredients

16 ounces heavy whipping cream 3 cups flour (sifted) 3⁄4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

Whip cream until forms peaks. Fold flour into the whipped cream until it forms a dough. Turn out on floured board and roll out 1/8 inch thick. Place on cookie sheets. You can use a pizza cutter to score into the size you want. Bake at 400º until golden brown around the edges, 7-12 minutes. Watch closely so it doesn’t burn.
