Ingredients

2 cups water (cold) 1 cup corn meal 1 teaspoon salt 2 tablespoons butter (melted) 1 cup milk 2 eggs

Instructions

Mix together until smooth. Bring to boil, stirring often. Remove from stove. Add butter, milk, unbeaten eggs. Mix thoroughly. Bake in greased casserole for one hour at 350 degrees. Test by inserting a knife, should come out clean.
