Rich chocolate cupcakes with a fudge-like consistency
Melt butter, chocolate, and butter flavoring in a pan. Add nuts. In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Combine the two mixes by hand. Use muffin tin with foil liners. Bake in a 325º oven for 25 minutes. Leave muffins in oven another 5 minutes with oven turned off before taking out. Muffins will ice themselves and muffin tins with foil liners will keep them fresh. Makes 18 cupcakes.
