Unleavened Bread

A simply delicious flat bread. Great for sandwiches!

Ingredients

6 cups flour 4 tablespoons sugar 1⁄2 teaspoon salt 1⁄2 cup butter 2 cups milk

Instructions

Combine all ingredients, working in butter and milk. Knead lightly. Roll on floured board in sheets. Place over rolling pin and place on cookie sheet. Cut in squares and prick with a fork. Salt lightly if desired. Bake at 325º for 20 minutes of longer for more crisp bread.
