Unleavened Broccoli Corn Bread

A crumbly, savory cornbread. Great with chili!
Preparation time

Ingredients
10 ounces broccoli (frozen, chopped)
1 cup cornmeal
1 onion (medium)
1 teaspoon salt
1⁄2 cup butter
4 eggs
1 cup cottage cheese
Instructions
Cook broccoli, drain. Melt 1 stick of butter in an 8 x 8 baking dish. Mix broccoli, cornmeal, eggs, onion, cottage cheese, and salt. Pour over melted butter. Bake at 375º for 30-35 minutes.
