Unleavened Brownies

Fill the house with the smell of scrumptious brownies even during the Spring Holy Days.

Ingredients

4 ounces semisweet chocolate squares 2⁄3 cup oil 2 cups sugar 1 1⁄4 cups flour 1 teaspoon salt 4 eggs 1 cup walnuts (or pecans)

Instructions

Melt chocolate and oil on low heat. Slowly add sugar. In a separate bowl, mix salt and flour. Take warm chocolate mixture and let it cool for 15 minutes. Then add eggs to chocolate mixture, then add flour to mixture, add nuts too. Pour into 13x9x2 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
