Unleavened Pancake

A delicious, basic pancake recipe. Can easily be modified.
Preparation time
20 minutes
Ingredients
1 1⁄2 cups flour
1⁄4 cup wheat germ (or flax seed)
1⁄2 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
2 cups milk
Instructions
Combine and beat with mixer until smooth. Cook on griddle as you would regular pancakes. Choose your own toppings.
