These can accompany any meal as is or be halved to make into small sandwiches. We like to use them for tuna or peanut butter sandwiches at lunchtime.
Combine matzo meal with salt and sugar. Bring water and oil to a boil. Add matzo meal mixture and mix well. Beat in eggs thoroughly, one at a time. Allow to stand 15 minutes. With oiled hands, shape into rolls and place on a well-greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375° for approximately 35 minutes or until golden brown. Yields 12.
