Unleavened Sweet Oat Bread

A delicious oat bread with the tang of white grape juice and warm sweetness of maple syrup.

Ingredients

4 1⁄2 cups oat flour 1⁄2 teaspoon sea salt 1 1⁄2 tablespoons vanilla extract 1⁄3 cup maple syrup 3⁄4 cup butter (melted)   white grape juice (optional)

Instructions

Blend together all ingredients and check consistency. Add more flour if needed or add white grape juice if it is too dry. Spread onto 2 cookie sheets and bake at 250º for 10-15 minutes.
