Delicious nutty cookies rolled in powdered sugar.

Ingredients

1 cup butter (or margarine, softened) 1⁄4 cup powdered sugar 1⁄8 teaspoon salt 2 teaspoons vanilla 2 cups flour (sifted) 1 cup pecans (chopped)

Instructions

Cream butter and sugar until light and lumpy. Add salt, vanilla, flour and nuts. Blend well. Chill 2 hours. Bake at 325º for 15 minutes. Dip in powdered sugar.
