2024 Feast of Tabernacles: Ìgbàrà-Òkè, Nigeria
The serene location in Igbara Oke, Ondo State provided a peaceful ambiance for spiritual rejuvenation during the Feast of Tabernacles.
The Feast of Tabernacles in Nigeria was spiritually enriching and joyous. The serene location in Igbara Oke, Ondo State provided a peaceful ambiance for spiritual rejuvenation, nestled amid rolling hills with breathtaking views and tranquility ideal for reflection and fellowship.
The highest attendance was 141 brethren. Inspiring sermons addressed spiritual needs and members bonded with spiritually uplifting activities. A visiting elder from the United States, Maduawuchi Nkwocha, and his family joined us for this Feast.
Activities included the women's hangout, fostering meaningful connections among women, and the youth day, featuring a fun-filled trip to a mini-amusement park about 45 minutes from the Feast site. Additional events comprised reading the book of Deuteronomy, singles’ night and a couples’ hangout.
Members expressed a lot of excitement, thrill and spiritual refreshment and mentioned experiencing a foretaste of the Kingdom of God. The Feast of Tabernacles and Eighth Day were highly successful, generating anticipation for next year's celebration.
Gratitude goes to God for a truly enriching festival, the visiting elder for his participation and oversight, the organizers and the members for their dedication and warmth, making this Feast an unforgettable one.
