2025 Feast of Tabernacles: Ocean Shores, Washington
With a joyful and thankful spirit, over 35 brethren kept the Feast of Tabernacles and Eighth Day at the Ocean Shores satellite site.
God blessed the Ocean Shores satellite site with a joyful and thankful spirit throughout the Feast. The brethren deeply appreciated being able to gather locally, as this made attendance possible for many who could not travel long distances due to health, age or other considerations. The atmosphere was one of genuine gladness and shared gratitude for the opportunity to worship, rejoice and fellowship together before God.
Attendance remained steady, averaging around 36 brethren each day. Most attendees were from nearby congregations, with a few traveling from as far away as Alaska and Illinois. Though the group was smaller and more local in nature, it fostered a close-knit sense of family that made the Feast deeply personal and spiritually meaningful.
The messages (shared through webcast from Temecula, California) were deeply appreciated, providing rich instruction and encouragement. Attendees expressed thankfulness for the opportunity to learn and eagerness to return for future Feasts. In addition to daily services, three special fellowship events added much joy to the week: a family breakfast, a family dinner, and a ladies’ tea. Each was well attended and warmly received, strengthening bonds among brethren and providing time to reflect on the blessings of God’s calling.
Ocean Shores itself provided a fitting setting for the Feast. This charming coastal town, nestled on the Point Brown Peninsula where the Pacific Ocean meets Grays Harbor, is known for its six miles of wide, sandy beaches and peaceful coastal beauty. With its laid-back, family-
friendly atmosphere and reputation for “endless horizons and coastal community,” it offered an ideal backdrop for God’s people to rejoice before Him. We thank God for His blessings, for the warm cooperation of the Ocean Shores Lions Club and the Convention Center staff, and for another Feast kept with gladness and unity. To Him be all praise and thanksgiving!
