Updates from Ministerial and Member Services

1 minute read time

Chris Rowland shares recent changes in ministerial and member services.

Two congregations were recently given new names to better reflect their location: Bethlehem (Pennsylvania) has been renamed Lehigh Valley, and Macon (Georgia) has been renamed Central Georgia.

On June 18, 2022, Matthew McDonald was ordained into the ministry. He and his wife, Betsy, serve in the Dallas, Texas, congregation.

On July 31, Nick Lamoureux, along with his wife, Megan, was transferred to Fargo, North Dakota, where he is assisting pastor Ken Skorseth in service to the congregations in Fargo, Bismarck and Minot, North Dakota.

In mid-August, Richard Kennebeck was appointed pastor of the congregations in Orlando and Jacksonville, Florida, replacing Rick Shabi, who is now serving as president of UCGIA.

We would greatly appreciate your prayers and support of these men and their wives as they transition to serve God and His people in these new assignments.
