Winter Family Weekend

WINTER FAMILY WEEKEND IS BACK!

There will be a multitude of activities beginning Friday evening, December 23rd through Tuesday, December 27th. It will be a great opportunity for all to gather together again for Sabbath services, seminars, sports, dances and activities for all ages.

Everyone is aware of the economic impact of the coronavirus. Unfortunately, it has affected overall costs for Winter Weekend and has inflated expenses by about three times! In spite of this, we’re excited to be at a new hotel and conference center located on the north side of Cincinnati, Ohio. The good news is that we've negotiated very reasonable room rates - even lower than recent years!

A change this year is that everyone is asked to register, whether participating in sports or attending other activities. When you register, there will be a contribution required of each individual or family as a registration fee to help offset the additional event costs (of course, there is no cost for Sabbath activities). You'll receive the hotel registration code with a paid registration.

Registration begins here on October 31, with team registration closing on November 27th.

Registration fees

FREE For Sabbath and Spectators
$25 per person
$35 per person for sports participants
$100 maximum per family (under 5 free)
$140 maximum per family for Sports

Sporting Events

Team Registration

Create your teams with a Team Name, your email, and a Team Password. Give the password to your teammates so they can join your team during their registrations. (Be aware, administrators can see team passwords. Any inappropriate team names or passwords are NOT allowed.)

Team Captains:

Create your teams with a Team Name, your email, and a Team Password. Give the password to your teammates so they can join your team during their registrations. (Be aware, administrators can see team passwords. Any inappropriate team names or passwords are NOT allowed.)

Players:

To join your team, you must enter your Team Password received from your team captain. You may only join one team per sport. If you don't have a team, you can select a Pick Up Team for the correct Division. You must join your team (or select to be on a pick up team) by November 27th or be considered Late. Your roster spot will not be guaranteed if you are Late.

If you wish to join multiple teams, then you will need to register twice and choose "Additional Sports Team" on the second registration.
