Houston Regional Weekend

You and your family are invited to join us for our Houston Regional Weekend from Oct. 30 to Nov. 1, 2026, at Camp Lone Star in Tomball, Texas. We are thankful to gather once again at the same peaceful facility where last year’s Regional Weekend was remembered for its warm, “Feast-like” atmosphere of joyful fellowship and spiritual encouragement.

Our theme this year is “Knit Together in Love” (Colossians 2:2), reminding us that God’s Church is more than a congregation—we are a spiritual family. We are also delighted to welcome Micah Gunn as our featured speaker.

The weekend will include Sabbath worship services onsite, Bible discussions for men, women, teens and preteens, delicious meals provided throughout the weekend, activities for all ages and many opportunities to encourage one another in Christ.

Registration

There is no charge to attend, but we kindly ask everyone planning to come to complete the registration form so we can prepare accordingly.

Accommodation

Overnight accommodations are not available at Camp Lone Star. If you need hotel recommendations or would like to inquire about limited lodging with local brethren, please contact Patrick.

Winter Family Weekend

Winter Family Weekend 2026 Registration Opens Soon!

We are thrilled to announce that registration for Winter Family Weekend 2026 (Dec. 22-27) starts soon! To ensure a smooth experience for all of our attendees, we will be rolling out event registration in phases:

Registration Timeline

• August 10-16: Sports Team Captains Registration Opens. (Note: Captains, you do not have to finish registering by the 16th! Your access will remain open, but this gives you an early window to start building your teams.)
• August 17: Special Needs Registration Opens.
• August 19: General Registration Opens for Everyone.

New: Pickleball Tournament Updates

Due to popular demand, the Pickleball Tournament is now officially considered an Athletic/Team Captain Registration! This means Pickleball captains can register starting August 10 to create their Tournament Doubles or Mixed Doubles teams. When general registration opens, players will then be able to easily select and join a pickleball team (like Mixed Doubles) during their own registration process. (Please note: If you aren’t planning to compete in the tournament, Pickleball Open Play will still be available as a free activity for everyone Wednesday through Friday!)

Important Hotel Booking Information

Please note that hotel reservations are not open yet. We want to ensure everyone has a fair and equal opportunity to secure their rooms.

• Please DO NOT call the hotels directly.
• Those registered will receive an email containing the dedicated booking links when hotel reservations open.
• Hotel reservations will open for everyone at the exact same time using those links.
• If you try to book over the phone, you will not receive our special discounted WFW group rates. You must wait for and use the official booking links when we make them available.
