Watch this ABC Course: “World News and Prophecy”
Are you ready for an in-depth study of Bible prophecy? In this “World News and Prophecy” course, we’ll dive deep into the books of Daniel and Revelation, exploring their relevance to today’s world events.
The title, "World News and Prophecy," draws from a long-standing United Church of God publication focused on balanced, biblically accurate perspectives on prophecy and current events. Together, we’ll analyze major prophecies, historical backgrounds, and themes of faith from Daniel’s life, helping us understand our role as disciples in today's world. Get ready for a transformative journey through Scripture and history!

United Youth Camps
Two of our preteen camps have already concluded and the reports are in! Today, we feature two brief camp reports (the full-length feature will be included in the August United News, along with our other camps). Read about Camp Florida and Camp Gilmont—and stay tuned, as further camp updates will be coming throughout the summer!
Camp Florida
Held May 25–29 at the beautiful Florida Elks Youth Camp just north of Orlando, Camp Florida brought together 172 participants, including 106 campers and teen staff and 66 dedicated adult staff members. As one of the largest gatherings in our camp's history, the week was filled with excitement, spiritual growth and countless blessings.
This year’s theme, “Follow Me,” invited campers on a jungle adventure focused on following Jesus Christ through every stage of life. Through daily Christian living classes, interactive skits, Compass Checks, and meaningful dorm discussions, campers explored five key lessons from Christ's invitation to Follow Him. Camp was also packed with adventure and excitement, as preteens enjoyed a wide variety of activities. As the world around us grows darker, it is encouraging to see young people learning to follow Christ and let their lights shine.

Camp Gilmont
We are thankful to God for another successful year at preteen Camp Gilmont, held May 31–June 3 in the beautiful Piney Woods of East Texas. A total of 31 preteen campers joined 25 adult and teen staff members for four days filled with fellowship, learning and fun.
This year’s UYC theme, “Follow Me,” was woven throughout camp activities and Christian living classes. Campers were encouraged to explore what it means to follow God and Jesus in their everyday lives—through their actions and choices. A variety of sports, water games, arts & crafts, hammock circle, Bible charades, music, line dancing, campfire, and free time under the pavilion rounded out the activities.
