Child of God
Before coming to Ambassador Bible Center, I often heard that it was going to be a life-changing experience. I have to admit that when I arrived here, I fully expected this experience to be an opportunity for God to teach me the knowledge of His holy Scriptures, His way of life and to grow in my relationship with Him and others. But I never expected to learn so much about myself.
Besides the lessons I have been taught here about God’s way of life, I have been encouraged and shown how much God values His children and my life. I always understood that God was my Father, but I never truly understood how endless His love was for me. Learning that I have value and purpose in God’s eyes has brought me so much comfort and development.
I am thankful that ABC has helped me capture this by teaching me God’s values in an open and honest way, something we all desperately need. In Luke 18:16, Jesus Christ commanded His disciples to “Let the little children come to me. Do not stop them!” (NLT). I honestly believe that ABC has followed His command wholeheartedly, and I am extremely thankful for the opportunity I have been given to be here and to develop into who I am: a child of God.
