The United Church of God is beginning a new Bible study series that will be available live via webcast at 7 p.m. Eastern beginning next Wednesday.

The Cincinnati East, Ohio, congregation of the United Church of God is starting a new bi-weekly Beyond Today Bible study series with the title: “The Ten Commandments.” The series starts on Wednesday, January 6, at the time of 7 p.m. ET and is available live via webcast.

For the first study, Gary Petty, a presenter on Beyond Today television and pastor of the Nashville, Tennessee, congregation, will present, “The First Commandment: What Is Our Greatest Priority?”

In the first of the Ten Commandments the God of Israel reveals that He is unique and personal. It is the basis for all of the other commandments. Join Gary Petty as he explores how the first commandment not only teaches us about God but how we can break this commandment by ignoring God.
