The Houston, Texas, congregation completed one of our most beloved traditions—unleavened treat baskets for our seniors!
Kids, teens and young adults volunteer to get paired up with a senior individual or couple and make a treat basket for them. These are delivered at the start of the Feast of Unleavened Bread.
It’s fun for young and old as it’s a way to get to know others in the congregation better. The seniors love all the tasty treats in their baskets! This year we had 65 participants!
