Bug Reports
Over the past few months, we have received over 2,000 bug reports and emails. Thank you for your valuable feedback and for your patience as we continue addressing these issues.
Congregation Emails
The congregational email digest is now functioning again. If you would like to disable this feature for a specific congregation, please contact us with the relevant details.
Pastor Contact Information
The new site centralizes much of our pastor and congregation data. Pastors’ contact information on congregation front pages can now be updated through the official Ministerial intranet here:

Webcasting Issues
We are aware of instability issues affecting live webcasts using IBM Video (formerly Ustream). Fixes are ongoing. If you experience difficulties with watching live webcasts, you can also access them directly on the IBM Video website.
Donations
The website’s donation system is now stable for all users. Previously, we encountered challenges with our new payment provider managing a high volume of transactions. We are continuously working to improve the donation experience on the new site. As a backup solution, our previous donation platform, donate.ucg.org, will remain operational for the foreseeable future.
Future Roadmap
Emergency Alerts
We are actively working to restore emergency and urgent mass emailing capabilities for congregations. An announcement will be made once this feature is ready for deployment.
In the meantime, if you need to send alerts to your congregation, we can provide a list of congregant email addresses. You also have the option to modify your congregation’s front page to display an alert.
Joining a Congregation
We are improving the ‘Join Congregation’ interface to make it more user-friendly.
Congregation Emailing Enhancements
We are nearing the release of a new feature that will allow you to directly message your congregation. Stay tuned for further updates.
