Camp Buckeye offers a great environment for campers to make new friends, renew old friendships and, most importantly, to further develop their relationship with God. 

We encourage all children to come to Camp Buckeye. There will be a variety of daily activities, including Christian living, archery, arts and crafts, canoeing, court games, fishing, field games and many more. These activities focus on how God’s love is both experienced and shared (Matthew 22:37-40). We want our children to see that God wants to be a part of their lives and that they need God in their lives. Our staff will provide a safe, caring atmosphere that will remind the campers that God is with us 24/7/365! Camp Buckeye is returning for our seventh consecutive year to Camp Luz in Orrville, Ohio.

Please apply early! We have barely “squeezed” everyone in the last two years and anticipate a similar number of applicants this year. It is a blessing that so many want to come to camp, but it certainly helps with planning if you apply early.

Also, if you desire to serve at Camp Buckeye, please know that we do our best to include as many people as possible and try to accommodate parents who are bringing their children (especially from great distances), but it is likely that not all applicants will be accepted.
