God Is a Family

God's purpose has always been to build His family, calling men and women to become His children and ultimately inherit eternal life as sons and daughters in His Kingdom. By examining the themes behind the hymn God Is Calling Children and the scriptures it is based on, we are reminded that our calling is far greater than this present life. As God's children today, we should be striving to grow in His character, live more simply, teach others, and come out of the world while looking forward to the day when God's family is fully revealed in all its glory.
