A delicious crumbly, peanut butter cookie. Perfect with a tall glass of cold milk.

Ingredients
1⁄3 cup peanut butter 1⁄3 cup sugar 1⁄3 cup brown sugar 1 cup flour 1 egg (beaten) 1⁄3 cup butter (softened) 1⁄4 teaspoon saltInstructions
Mix flour, sugars, salt, egg, and butter in a mixing bowl; stir in peanut butter. Drop from a teaspoon onto a cookie sheet. Bake at 350º for 10 minutes or until brown. Makes about 2 dozen cookies. Should be served when cool to prevent crumbling.
