Drawing from Revelation 21:1–7, we behold the fulfillment of all divine purpose - the passing of the old and the dawning of the new, as John records: "Then I saw a new heaven and a new earth… and I heard a loud voice from the throne saying, 'Behold, the dwelling
place of God is with man.'" In this vision, the story of creation reaches its completion: the old order fades away, the sea of chaos is no more, and the holy city - the New Jerusalem - descends from God, radiant as a bride adorned for her husband. The Almighty Himself declares, "Behold, I am making all things new... It is done! I am the Alpha and the Omega, the beginning and the end." Here lies the culmination of every promise - God dwelling with His people forever, death destroyed, tears wiped away, and life flowing freely from the spring of the water of life. This is not a distant ideal but a trustworthy and true assurance: the eternal dwelling, eternal reign, and eternal life of those who overcome through faith in the Lamb. In that day, all sorrow will vanish, all creation will be renewed, and every child of God will walk in unbroken fellowship with the Father, reflecting His light and sharing His joy forever. And so the key question before us is this: How shall we live today as children preparing for the eternal dwelling of our Father, when He makes all things new?
