Apolo... What Now?

Using 1 Peter 3:15 as a foundation, this message explores the importance of teaching Christian apologetics to children and highlights why it’s critical for youth to develop their own convictions, especially as cultural challenges and doubts arise. Drawing from Mama Bear Apologetics, statistics from Barna Research, and scriptural support, this message makes the case that simply growing up in the church is not enough.

Three core principles are discussed:

Teach the Truth – Instill biblical truth and evidence for faith from an early age (Deut. 6:6–7; Eph. 6:4).

Model Faith and Respect – Live a faith that is loving, respectful, and authentic (Eph. 4:15).

Prepare for the Future – Help children develop critical thinking and spiritual resilience (Col. 2:8; Isa. 54:13).

The message emphasizes that apologetics is not about winning arguments but making disciples—raising young believers who can lovingly, wisely, and boldly live out their faith. Apologetics is not just academic; it's discipleship in action.
