Are You Being Deceived?

There is a particularly important question we need to ask ourselves as part of our self-examination as we approach the Passover. Are we being deceived? We should pay close attention to Christ’s warnings in response to His disciples’ question, “Tell us, when will these things be, and what will be the sign of your coming and of the end of the age?” This message reminds us that we should not be complacent in relying on our own power, thinking that we cannot be deceived by the deceiver of the whole world. After all, Christ warns us that “…false christs and false prophets will arise and perform great signs and wonders, so as to lead astray, if possible, even the elect."
