Be Confident That You Can Rule

Ruling in the Kingdom

By the end of the millennium, many, many, millions (billions?) of people will have been trained in the way of following the laws of God to live in a way that He intended from the beginning. Do we realize how much we will have to do with this ruling under Jesus Christ? Many of God’s people struggle to see themselves as rulers. Indeed, God tells us we are the “weak and base things” (! Cor.1), but we will be used to confound the mighty. We need to be confident we can do this. Jesus Christ will back us up and guide us throughout the millennium. By the end of the first 1,000 years of eternity, we can look back on our work with satisfaction.
