As we review our lives in preparation of observing the Passover, we must view our spiritual progress against the spiritual standard that is Jesus Christ. We do that by beholding - learning from, observing - Jesus Christ.

Fred Crow is an elder with United Church of God; pastor of the Eureka and San Jose, California congregations. Fred retired from the aerospace industry in 2015. He has two daughters and eight grandchildren. He wrote a newspaper column, was a published cartoonist, taught scuba diving, and is a writer, photographer, and traveler.
