Blessed are those who mourn...but why?

We should not sorrow as those who have no hope, nor fail to mourn as those who do not love. The blessing for those who mourn is comfort. Comfort is a divine gift from God intended to be delivered by family, friends, and community during a time of mourning. Comfort when it is full grown becomes a living hope.
